Complete an application form available from our offices or download and complete the form off our web site.
Attach a copy of:
- Your ID
- Your latest salary slip OR
- Copies of your last 3 month's bank statements.
Fax all of the above with your Application to/or visit our offices.
Once your application is approved you will need to know what to pay before moving into your flat.
What to pay before moving into your flat:
- Deposit equal to 1.5 months rental
- Key Deposit of R 300.00
- First Months Rental
- Administration Fee of R 900.00
What to do before moving into your flat:
- Attach proof of council connection
- Complete the checklist and return to FPT offices
