ELECTRICAL METER READING

This division provides a service as a reseller of electricity on behalf of the City of Tshwane as well as a provider of meter reading services on behalf of Landlords. Our services include:

Monthly recording of meter readings
Invoicing tenants for consumption of electricity
Receipt of payments
Credit control by ensuring proper recovery of consumption incurred by consumers
Monthly payments of accounts to the City of Tshwane
Testing and maintaining electrical metering equipment
Handling tenant queries regarding consumption and supply service
